WHAT CHALLENGE DID University of Bath FACE?

University of Bath wanted to further enhance the delivery of their EDI training by creating some drama based scenarios to ensure learners could FEEL what it was like to be discriminated against. They reached out to ted Learning after doing research as they liked our experience in this space and that several of the ted team had worked in education and came from a lecturer background.

HOW DID WE HELP?

Creating Impactful Change: How ted Learning Partnered with University of Bath to Drive Inclusive Leadership

ted Learning worked closely with the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Bath to develop realistic, scenario-based training, tailored to the specific challenges faced within the organisation. Through a series of in-depth meetings, we identified key issues and crafted engaging drama-based learning experiences that allowed employees across various departments to see first-hand the lived experiences of their colleagues.

The success of this programme led to the creation of further training initiatives, including a comprehensive suite of video-based content designed to support and embed inclusive leadership across the university.

By bringing real workplace challenges to life through immersive storytelling and interactive learning, ted Learning helped foster greater awareness, empathy, and practical strategies for building an inclusive culture.
