ted Learning collaborated closely with the CEO and Finance Director of Vieve to gain a deep understanding of their challenges and opportunities, ensuring a tailored, high-impact training experience for the Vieve team.

For the Vieve team day, we combined two of our powerful learning products to create a dynamic and engaging programme, even sourcing a central London location to enhance the experience.

The morning kicked off with our P.O.P. (People, Organisation, Performance) product, designed to help the team gain a deeper understanding of themselves and each other. We explored team dynamics, individual working styles, and collaborative strategies, ensuring stronger connections and more effective teamwork.

In the afternoon, we shifted focus to Brave Conversations, equipping people managers with the skills to navigate difficult discussions with confidence. By identifying emotional triggers and key communication strategies, we helped leaders handle challenging conversations more effectively, fostering a more open and supportive workplace culture.
