WF Risk Group is an insurance business based in Northern Ireland and wanted to deliver a leadership programme for their management team. They loved the idea of it being bespoke to their sector and something different – they wanted to give managers the opportunity to practice skills, hence exploring the drama based approach.
ted Learning delivered a high-impact Future Leaders programme for WF Risk Group, combining virtual and face-to-face training with 1:1 coaching sessions to reinforce learning between workshops.
The programme equipped participants with essential leadership skills, covering key areas such as influencing and negotiation, communication strategies, and coaching techniques. By integrating interactive training with personalised coaching, we ensured that new and emerging leaders could apply their learning effectively in real-world scenarios.
The result? A confident, skilled, and future-ready leadership team, prepared to drive success within the organisation.
