RISING STARS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
We’re pleased to share that our Rising Stars Leadership Development Programme is now open for individuals from different organisations to join.
This six-month blended programme is ideal for colleagues who are stepping into leadership responsibilities or who you see as part of your future talent pipeline.
Participants will develop practical skills in:
- Communicating with clarity and confidence
- Leading inclusive and high-performing teams
- Managing performance fairly and consistently
- Holding constructive, “brave” conversations
- Making decisions and solving problems effectively
This blended programme is delivered through a blend of live virtual workshops, e-learning and live 1:1 mentoring support, ensuring delegates can apply & embed their learning immediately to their roles.

The programme begins with a welcome introduction in early February 2026, shortly followed by the first virtual workshop. With sessions every month, the programme concludes mid-July with an achievement session that focuses delegates on their next steps and future leadership development.
Programme Fee: £1,200 + VAT per participant
