Caroline Mgata is a dynamic stage and screen actress known for her standout performances in Flikken Maastricht (2023) and Misfit: The Series on Netflix (2021). Based between the UK and the Netherlands, Caroline Mgata has built a versatile career across television, streaming platforms, and award-winning theatrical productions.

I get to play.
What acting work are you most proud of?
Every acting opportunity I have gotten to do has been amazing and helped me grow not only grow as a person but helped to further improve my skills as an actor. It is hard to say which one I am most proud of, but if I had to choose it would have to be a monologue I performed that I wrote myself.
What does she like?
Reading, movies, yoga, traveling, dancing, karaoke, dinner with friends, sunsets.
Judgement, expectations , anxiety, stress, wet socks, discrimination, dishonesty.
The course was really insightful and the actors doing the role play really helped to make situations resonate with real life experiences. It also allowed us to openly ask questions about the scenes and highlight what was wrong with the situation and what could have been done differently without it pointing fingers at anyone attending the course from situations that they had shared. I came away feeling like I’d gained a lot and learnt a lot. Also, I attended with my own line manager, so not only did I take away learning from this experience that will have a positive impact on the way I line manage my own team, but also the way my manager supports me.
