Claire Morton is a transformational leadership consultant with over two decades of experience in training and development. Despite achieving professional success, Claire Morton found herself feeling unfulfilled an insight that sparked a powerful turning point. Through deep introspection, she realised she wasn’t fully embodying the very principles she had spent years teaching. This revelation ignited a journey of personal growth, leading her to align her professional practice with her own lived experience of transformation.

How long have you been working in Learning & Development?

21 years

And what do you love most about it?

Meeting new people, sharing knowledge and observing peoples faces and behaviour when they have those learning ‘aha’ moments. I also love learning myself, always researching new methods and concepts to support me in my field

What are your specialist topics?

Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Performance and Wellbeing, Myers Briggs, Human Design, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming, Coaching and Mentoring, Yoga Philosophy and Neuro- science.

What does she like?
