Jane Taylor
Jane is our Planning Manager.
What does she do?
Jane Taylor is responsible for booking dates with our delivery team, and ensuring they have all the information needed to either deliver at your offices / agreed location or setting up or sharing the teams or zoom invite. She makes sure our team know the times to arrive and finish, have the scripts and session plans and feel supported before they arrive to deliver a great product to our clients.
She often helps clients directly around the logistics of delivering the course and is also responsible for collating the feedback after every workshop and distributing this back to our clients within 24 hours of the course taking place.

I really enjoyed the interaction and conversations around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. I came away from this training understanding that we all have biases, but there are ways to be more inclusive and accepting of people’s differences without injecting our own beliefs.
