Justin Smith-Essex

Justin Smith-Essex is the Group MD of Squaricle Group and the founder of ted Learning. With over 20 years’ experience in Learning & Development, and a background as a qualified teacher and former Further Education lecturer, Justin is passionate about creating learning that truly makes a difference.

He specialises in designing and delivering training in customer service, equality and diversity, management fundamentals, team building, and presentation skills.

As our Key Account Manager, Justin is the main point of contact for most of our clients. He leads the initial introduction to ted Learning, manages onboarding, and ensures a smooth process from start to finish. He’ll usually conduct our signature “DNA Call” to get to the heart of your business needs, so every programme we deliver is completely tailored, dramatically different, and highly engaging.

Justin also works closely with the brilliant ted Learning team to ensure everything we deliver is on brand and aligned with what our clients and learners need.
