What does she do?
Louisa Castledine is the Client & Learning Partner at ted Learning and she leads on our programmes and apprenticeship delivery and design so is an expert in this field knowing the content inside and out. She is often the port of call in the absence of the nominated account manager and can provide immediate support with any questions clients might have. She supports in doing our DNA calls and delivering several of our products & can help with questions on course content, timings etc
