Nigel Rothband

Nigel Rothband is one of ted Learning’s most charismatic Trainers, Presenters, and Guest Speakers. With a rich and varied background in senior retail leadership, he brings a wealth of real-world experience, infectious energy, and sharp wit to every session. Whether delivering leadership training, hosting conferences, or inspiring audiences as a keynote speaker, Nigel is known for creating engaging, impactful, and memorable learning experiences.

Nigel began his career at BHS, then moved to the Burton/Arcadia Group, where he took on roles such as Area Manager, Head of Marketing at Top Shop, General Manager of Top Shop Oxford Circus, and Retail Director for a £300m business.

He later spent three years as Retail Managing Director at The Body Shop, working closely with Dame Anita Roddick, before shifting his focus to the charity and social enterprise sector as a COO, Chief Executive and Chair.
