Director of Operations
What does she do?
Roxy Hooton is responsible for the design & delivery of all our courses and programmes, oversees the briefing of our delivery team and the quality of our products. And also looks after the people side of our own business – she is always super busy and SO organised! She has worked in the L&D space for 20 years and is also a qualified teacher having been course leader in Further Education for 7 years, alongside various commercial L&D Roles.
Roxy manages our planning team, apprenticeship delivery team and digital team, ensuring everything we do is joined up, and learner and client focused.
She often speaks with our clients to finalise the content of workshops or programmes.
