Sarah H Mills  has over 25 years in the recruitment industry, and over 8 years in the training industry, she has seen first hand how the skills that make exceptional recruiters and recruitment leaders so often overlap with those that make exceptional entrepreneurs and organisations. This is why she can add value to and bring fresh perspectives to a range of individuals and organisations both inside and outside the recruitment industry. The only requirement for success is that you have to want to improve, and you have to be prepared to take action, and try something new. A trainer can train, coach, encourage, support and empower – but only YOU can make it happen.

How long have you been working in Learning & Development?

I’ve been a trainer since 2016, but I’ve been helping people learn and grow in senior management roles for nearly 25 years

Watching someone grow in confidence and capability makes me feel like a proud auntie!
