Shireen Farkhoy is a versatile British actor known for her powerful screen and stage presence, with standout roles in The Ipcress File (ITV, 2022), Silent Witness (BBC, 2022), and Doctors (BBC, 2000). Trained at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Shireen brings over two decades of experience across television, theatre, radio, and commercial work.
How long have you been working as an actor?
Since I was 16! More than 10 years… let’s just say that haha.
And what do you love most about it?
I love getting to combine my natural curiosity around psychology with the sheer magic of becoming someone else!
What acting work are you most proud of?
Probably Silent Witness and not blinking when they killed me off. Turns out being dead is harder than you think!
What does she like?
Death positivity movement, dauphinoise potatoes being a godmother and aunt
