Tiiu Kulli is an accomplished Learning and Development professional and one of ted Learning’s expert trainers, specialising in leadership development and wider human skills (soft skills). With a proven track record in delivering impactful learning experiences, Tiiu Kulli supports organisations in achieving their learning objectives and implementing modern, people-centred development strategies.

She brings extensive leadership experience from global roles at companies such as Exscientia and Amazon. Throughout her career, Tiiu Kulli has successfully managed international learning initiatives, facilitated executive leadership programmes, and driven innovation in corporate training across a range of sectors.

Tiiu Kulli holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, along with multiple degrees in linguistics and human resource management—demonstrating a strong academic foundation that underpins her practical, results-focused approach.
