People, development, growth. Seeing people have the confidence to do things they couldn’t do before!
What are your specialist topics?
Leadership and Management (for those who are new into the role or want to take the step up), Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England instructor and bespoke design/delivery). Specialist areas: Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality Unconscious Bias and Inclusion Awareness, Train the trainer, Having great conversations, Time Management, Presentation skills, Employability skills
What does she like?
Travel, holidays, never doing the same thing twice, dogs, great company, great food.
Peppers! Coriander, mean people!
The course was really insightful and the actors doing the role play really helped to make situations resonate with real life experiences. It also allowed us to openly ask questions about the scenes and highlight what was wrong with the situation and what could have been done differently without it pointing fingers at anyone attending the course from situations
