Job Role

Jane is our People Planning Manager and an integral part of the team.  She supports with the booking of the trainers and actors for all our workshops.   She makes sure that all of our clients are looked after by providing feedback summaries after all of our workshops, books all the resources for each course and ensures all the materials are ready to deliver our courses (whether that is workbooks, banners, scripts, sets etc).  Jane is also the first point of contact for all of our trainers, actors, learners and clients dealing with the many enquiries they may have.

Biography

Jane has been part of the ted Learning family since soon after the business was founded and is an essential part of the team. Jane previously worked in an L&D role at Wolters Kluwer (UK) Limited, and for BHS, organising inductions and providing admin support for the L&D team.  Prior to this, she was a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator.  She has worked with Justin, our founder (for her sins!) for more than 15 years!

Jane keeps herself busy when not working for us with her 6 grandchildren and providing the dogs in the office with regular tickles and cuddles!
