Job Role

Louisa is our Client & Learning Partner with a focus on Apprenticeships delivery.  She is highly experienced in the design and delivery of Apprenticeship Levy funded training, bringing the ted Magic to it, to make the sessions dramatically different, engaging and fun! Having worked in Apprenticeships for over 10 years, Louisa has held delivery, curriculum and quality roles. This provides a wealth of knowledge and experience when working with prestigious clients to upskill their workforce, and support individuals to achieve their goals.

Biography

Louisa has worked in education since graduating from University, with a Degree in Theatre Arts she uses performance skills to keep learners engaged and entertained throughout the sessions! She doesn’t do the acting though, she has the ted professional actors for that!

Louisa likes tea, classical music which she will play very loudly (she is a classically trained vocalist, although you might question this if you heard her singing away to The Greatest Showman!), traditional sweet shops and anything that glitters!
