Job Role

Paul is one of our very experienced trainers and he strives to make all learning as personal as possible. He specialises in behavioural change whether this is drama-based learning or as an ILM qualified coach. He designs and delivers. He endeavours to never tell but only ask. His favourite ted Learning intervention was at Volvo cars. This was dramatically different as technicians who worked with dealerships entered a room full of yoga mats! They then embarked on voice training to give their presentations that extra zap!

Biog

Paul lives in the Cotswolds where he enjoys open water swimming, canoeing, cycling and walking the dog, Fern, with his wife Jayne. He goes to the gym with his three sons who keep him on track with his least favourite gym activity – weights!
