Job Role
Roxy is the Group People & Quality Director for ted Learning Group. She is a fundamental part of our team ensuring that our people are looked after and that our delivery quality is tailored to the clients needs and is ‘on-brand’. She is responsible for overseeing recruitment of all trainers and actors and sits on the Group Board.
With a background in fashion retail management and learning & development, she has been managing teams and designing & delivering skills-based learning for over 20 years. Roxy has worked with ted Learning for over 6 years and really gets the brand and the need to ensure all of our learners are excited and engaged by their experience with us. In a previous role, she was also completely responsible for developing the entire curriculum and learning that OFSTED recognised as Good.
Biography
Roxy is the epitome of zen, she practices yoga every morning. Focus is her middle name, not literally.
She also loves going for long walks with her dog, Huxley.

Responsible for looking after all of our people at ted Learning Group and overseeing the Quality of all classroom based learning and blended learning. Roxy is also a Group Board Director helping with the overall direction of the business.

Roxy was responsible for the design and delivery of the entire curriculum & all training delivery across the apprenticeship college which was recognised as Good by OFSTED and all the training in ted Learning Limited.
