Job Role

Sukhi has over 20 years experience in the field of learning and development and is a welcome addition to the ted Learning team.  She specialises with us in delivering Inclusion & Diversity, Unconscious Bias, Culture Change and Emotional Intelligence training.

Biog

The majority of Sukhi’s career was spent with British Airways in the L&D team.  She has held roles as Training Manager, Design and Development Manager, Executive Coach and Graduate Programme Manager and has also worked with clients including International Hotel Group, John Lewis, Premier Foods, Heinz, Jewish Care and AXA.  She is also a licensed practitioner in Insights.
