At ted Learning, all employed team members are MHFA trained to ensure we support each other.
We don’t have line managers at ted Learning anymore, we refer to line mentors, here to create the conditions to succeed and support you through your career.
We meet as a team weekly remotely to connect, share successes, discuss any challenges and connect. We don’t do blame anymore. We reflect and look at how we do better next time. We share successes and own where we can get better and support each other to achieve our best. There is no signing off, we enable our team to make decisions and ask colleagues for a quality check if they feel it would benefit from this.
And once a quarter we connect in person, with our Philippines colleagues joining virtually to plan our business strategy and share business performance and further opportunities.

Associate team?
Our associate team of trainers and actors are an integral part of what and how we deliver ted Learning to our clients. They are the beating heart and bring to life our workshops, engage with our learners and represent our brand in the room, virtually and via our online digital courses.
We are extremely proud to work with such amazing talent and always looking for new associates to join our business.
We have worked extremely hard over the last couple of years to have a more diverse team that better represents the clients, learners and locations that we deliver our training in.
This is still work in progress and whilst we have made excellent advances in engaging more talent from under-represented groups, we especially encourage applications from individuals in these groups, in particular from trainers.
