WHAT CHALLENGE DID Apetito FACE?
Apetito‘s original brief was they wanted to deliver EDI training in a more engaging and impactful way and that this needed to be tailored to their business. They wanted to address some of the challenges and issues that had faced as an organisation and felt a digital only offer that had been previously used wasnt delivering the outcomes.
Subsequently, they wanted support with their conferences, compliance based digital courses and wider EDI initiatives.
HOW DID WE HELP?
ted Learning Transforms EDI & Compliance Training for Apetito with Interactive, Drama-Based Learning
ted Learning began working with Apetito in 2020 and initially evolved our standard EDI product to be more bespoke to their needs, amending the scripts to fit their organisations setting and challenges. This landed so well, we were asked to support with employee conferences to bring conversations to life on stage with our actors, turning their compliance training into more interactive and engaging using our drama based approach and we are now supporting them with a wider range of consciously inclusive training, including around interviews and recruitment.
