Crisis went out to tender for a new provider to support them with Inclusive Leadership, Brave Conversations and Resolving Conflict. They wanted something that was high impact to support their people management community across the organisation as they moved to embed their values in how people interactions took place.

How ted Learning is Empowering Crisis with Bespoke Conflict Resolution & Inclusive Leadership Training
ted Learning was delighted to be awarded this prestigious training contract from Crisis, developing a bespoke learning solution to enhance brave conversations, conflict resolution, and inclusive leadership within the organisation.
To ensure maximum impact, ted Learning initially designed and rolled out a one-day interactive course that combined both brave conversations and conflict resolution into a single, comprehensive training session. This programme was delivered in both face-to-face and virtual formats, allowing for flexible, accessible learning tailored to the needs of a diverse workforce.
Following the success of the conflict resolution training, ted Learning is now collaborating with the organisation on the rollout of an Inclusive Leadership programme. This initiative is designed to embed leadership behaviours that align with the company’s long-term goals, fostering a more inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.

I thought the use of actors for the scenarios brought the session to life and gave us something to assess rather than a written case study.The trainer was very knowledgeable and the actors were excellent!
