We introduced our services to Maidstone Borough Council, given we had delivered our EDI training to neighbouring local authorities, and they booked a call straight away! They were looking to build on their existing Equality training which was delivered digitally with something face to face. They loved that ted had experience in both the subject and the setting.

How ted Learning Delivered a Tailored EDI Training Programme for Maidstone Borough Council
ted Learning partnered with Maidstone Borough Council to deliver a fully customised version of our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training, specifically designed for local authorities.
For this programme, we developed a completely new set of scripts and a fresh approach, ensuring the training was highly relevant to the council’s unique challenges and workplace culture.
By using bespoke drama-based learning, this training provides engaging, real-world scenarios that help employees and leaders develop a deeper understanding of EDI principles, fostering a more inclusive and supportive workplace.
WHAT DID THE CLIENT SAY?
A very interesting and engaging training session. The session was delivered in a way that wasn’t dry or stuffy – through acting, a presentation & good speakers. It was also very current and prompted me to question my own unconscious bias in a way that did it make me feel uncomfortable.
