Developing Future Leaders at Sargent Disc with ted Learning

In 2023, ted Learning launched the First Steps into Team Leading programme, equipping aspiring leaders with essential skills in delegation, task management, and team development. Building on this success, we introduced the Rising Stars programme in 2024, extending our support to the next level of management within Sargent Disc pride themselves on taking the drama out of production by providing payroll and production accounting services, but they DID want some drama when it came to training! Which is why they approached ted Learning .

Sargent Disc wanted to launch formal management training in the organisation across various levels and wanted our help to recommend what this could look like. Given their industry, they loved the idea of using drama in the delivery of the workshops to make it feel fun and engaging. Our partnership continues to grow, with  the client now accessing our digital learning content via the ted Learning HuB, ensuring their teams benefit from ongoing leadership development and professional growth.
