WHAT CHALLENGE DID Swale Borough Council FACE?

Our collaboration with Swale Borough Councill stemmed from our successful work with Maidstone Borough Counci, as part of the Mid Kent Partnership, which sources training across both councils. This partnership provided an opportunity for ted Learning to deliver Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training to all managers, employees, and elected members at Swale.

To ensure the training was highly relevant and impactful, we developed a completely new set of scripts and a fresh approach, tailored to the specific challenges and priorities of the council. By using realistic, engaging scenarios, we created an interactive and thought-provoking learning experience that equips staff with the tools to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
