How ted Learning Supported Julius Baer International Through Organisational Change & Inclusive Training

ted Learning designed a workshop for Julius Baer International to support this major reorganisation which was delivered in Guernsey as part of a team away day. We helped bring to life through drama how many of the team would be feeling and then went through the change curve and provided support on how to manage this significant difference in how people would be managed moving forward. We then went on to deliver training for apprentices in the business to help them understand values and impact and line management on how to better manage this generation coming into the workplace.

We have delivered authentic leadership through change, our POP product to help people better understand their personality and communication preferences, coaching skills, handling conflict and delivering great customer service for their front of house teams, and in 2024 rolled out disability awareness training for all line managers and employees through two bespoke training courses.

For employees this was a blended training course, with the first part completed online and then a shorter face to face session in the classroom. We have recently designed a new workshop called Developing Calm Resilience and will be working with the organisation throughout 2025 on microaggressions and sex harassment awareness training.
